Trommel kub ntxhua khaub ncaws

Mobile trommel kub ntxhua khaub ncaws ntxhua khaub ncaws yog ib qho ntawm cov khoom siv kub ntxhua khaub ncaws hauv khw. Lub tshuab muaj peev xwm rov qab kub siab, ua haujlwm yooj yim thiab tu yooj yim. Tag nrho lub tshuab tuaj yeem muab tua hauv 1 feeb. Cov khoom siv tuaj yeem ua haujlwm hauv ntau qhov kev tsim kho thiab kev ua haujlwm, thiab cov nqi khiav lag luam tsawg.

Mobile trommel kub ntxhua khaub ncaws yog tsim los rau alluvial / placer kub ore ua, nws muaj ib tug ib nrab npog trommel screen, ib tug diesel cav / hluav taws xob lub cev muaj zog, dej twj tso kua mis & cov kav dej, thiab lwm yam chaw xws li kev cia siab rau noj thiab mobile system. Lub tshuab trommel mobile no feem ntau ua haujlwm ua ke nrog lub thawv sluice, kub centrifugal concentrator thiab co rooj los tsim ib qho kev cog qoob loo tiav.

Thaum cov khoom uas muaj kub ntxiv rau hauv lub hopper, lub tshuab txau dej siab ntawm cov khoom kom cov khoom kub tuaj yeem muab rho tawm. Cov qauv kub sib txawv siv cov dav hlau dej sib txawv, tab sis lub hom phiaj tseem ceeb yog rhuav tshem cov av nkos lossis av nplaum uas tuaj yeem nkaum cov kub thiab tiv thaiv kom tsis txhob raug ntes hauv lub thawv dej. Lub hopper ntawm kub trommel feem ntau muaj cov hlau grate uas ua kom cov pob zeb loj tsis txhob nkag mus rau hauv lub tshuab.

Cov txheej txheem pib thaum cov khoom siv kub kub nkag mus rau lub nruas rotating. Lub nruas rotating yog tsim los ntawm cov khoom siv tshuaj ntsuam, uas tso cai rau cov pob zeb me me kom poob mus rau hauv lub thawv sluice. Kev sib xyaw ua ke ntawm rotating nruas thiab dej siab ua kom lub tshuab ua kom cov av thiab av nplaum tawg hauv lub nruas tig. Qhov kev txiav txim no txuas ntxiv mus txog thaum cov khoom tawg mus rau hauv cov kabmob me me uas tuaj yeem tawm ntawm cov kub trommel los ntawm lub tog raj kheej qhov.
